Anne ‘Nanny' Keeter

Black Mountain - Anne Helen Keeter, 93, of 93 Blue Ridge Assembly Dr., died Thursday, February 4, 2010. A life long resident of Buncombe County she was a daughter of the late William L. and Corrie L. Wilson Lytle.

Anne attended school in Black Mountain. She worked Many years as a private housekeeper, and later with Monta Vista Hotel where she retired.

Left to cherish her memory and legacy are her son, John

H. Keeter of Black Mountain; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

The service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, in Thomas Chapel AME Zion Church, where she was a member. The Rev. Terry Young will officiate, burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the residence. Arrangements are under the direction of Hart Funeral Service.
